A Different Side of Seongsu Fashion

Seongsu is famous for new fashion brands, but local alteration shops show another side of the neighborhood’s clothing culture.

Bandosa represents the practical tradition of repairing garments instead of immediately replacing them.

---

Alterations and Everyday Repairs

Typical requests can include hemming, resizing, fit adjustment, zipper work and general clothing repair.

For the most accurate result, visitors should bring the actual garment and explain the desired fit or repair clearly.

---

Useful for Travelers

A broken zipper, incorrect trouser length or loose seam can become inconvenient during travel.

A neighborhood alteration shop can provide a practical solution without requiring visitors to buy replacement clothing.
